como usuario particular no profesional

derechos. La garantía es válida dentro de
los territorios de los Estados Miembros de la
Unión Europea y del Área de Libre Comercio

• GARANTÍA DE SATISFACCIÓN DE
30 DÍAS SIN RIESGO •
Si no está totalmente satisfecho con el
rendimiento de su herramienta DEWALT, sólo
tiene que devolverla al punto de compra en
un plazo de 30 días, completa con todos
los componentes originales, tal y como la
compró, para un reembolso completo o
cambio. El producto debe haber estado
sujeto a un desgaste lógico y normal y debe
presentarse prueba de compra.
• CONTRATO DE MANTENIMIENTO GRATIS
POR UN AÑO •
Si necesita una operación de mantenimiento
o de servicio para su herramienta de

EWALT, durante los 12 meses siguientes
a su compra, podrá solicitar dicho servicio
gratuitamente. Se llevará gratuitamente a
un agente de reparación autorizado por
DEWALT. Debe presentarse la prueba de
compra. Incluye mano de obra. Excluye los
accesorios y las piezas de repuesto a menos
que hayan fallado bajo garantía.
• GARANTÍA COMPLETA DE UN AÑO •

EWALT resulta defectuoso
debido a fallos de materiales o de fabricación
en un plazo de 12 meses a partir de la
fecha de compra, DEWALT le garantiza la
sustitución de todas las piezas defectuosas
de forma gratuita, o a nuestra entera
discreción, la sustitución de toda la unidad
gratuitamente, siempre y cuando:
• El producto no se haya utilizado mal;
