Regolazione della profondità di foratura (fig. C)
• Inserire la punta richiesta nel mandrino.
• Allentare l’impugnatura laterale (6).
• Inserire l’asta di regolazione della profondità (7)
attraverso l’asola del morsetto dell’impugnatura.
• Regolare la profondità nel modo illustrato.
• Stringere l’impugnatura laterale.
Comando reversibilità (fig. A)
• Per selezionare il senso di rotazione richiesto
(rotazione sinistrorsa o destrorsa) si utilizzi
l’apposito selettore di reversibilità (3).
Attendere sempre che il motore sia
completamente fermo prima di invertire il
senso di rotazione.
Selettore velocità I - II (fig. D)
L’utensile è dotato di un selettore con cambio a due
velocità che consente di variare sia la velocità che la
coppia.
• Rilasciare l’interruttore ON/OFF e selezionare la
posizione richiesta poco prima che il trapano si
fermi. Allineare sempre la freccia del selettore
velocità con il simbolo I - II impresso sulla scatola
degli ingranaggi:
1 Velocità bassa/coppia maggiore (fori di grosse
dimensioni, avvitamento viti grosse)
2 Velocità alta/coppia minore (fori piccoli, foratura
nel legno)
Per il regime del motore consultare le specifiche
tecniche.
Non effettuare il cambio se il motore gira
a tutta velocità o durante l’utilizzo.
Smontaggio del mandrino (fig. E, F & G)
DW241
• Aprire al massimo le griffe del mandrino.
• Inserire un cacciavite nel mandrino e togliere la
vite di fissaggio del mandrino (12) svitandola in
senso orario.
• Inserire una chiave per brugole nel mandrino.
Colpirla con un martello nel modo illustrato.
DW500/DW505
• Aprire al massimo le griffe del mandrino.
• Inserire un cacciavite nel mandrino e togliere la
vite di fissaggio del mandrino (12) svitandola in
senso orario.
• Inserire la chiave serramandrino (10) in uno dei fori
laterali del mandrino e dare un colpo di martello
sulla barra della chiave, nel modo illustrato.
Istruzioni per l’uso
• Osservare sempre le istruzioni per la
sicurezza e le normative vigenti.
• Accertarsi di non forare in prossimità di
tubi o fili elettrici.
• Non esercitare una pressione eccessiva
sull’utensile. La pressione eccessiva non
solo non aumenta la velocità di foratura
ma diminuisce anche la durata
dell’utensile.
Prima del funzionamento:
• Inserire il tipo di punta più adatto.
• Segnare il punto di foratura.
Accensione e spegnimento (ON e OFF) (fig. A)
• Per mettere in funzione il trapano premere il
grilletto a velocità variabile. La pressione
esercitata sul grilletto determina la velocità del
trapano.
Avvitatura/svitatura
• Selezionare il senso di rotazione richiesto.
• Usare la posizione velocità bassa/coppia
maggiore (velocità I).
DW500/DW505 - Foratura con percussione (fig. A)
• Selezionare il funzionamento a percussione.
• Premere l’interruttore (1).
• Se necessario, premere il pulsante di bloccaggio
(2) per mantenere acceso il motore senza tener
premoto l’interruttore. La funzione di bloccaggio
può essere attivata solo se il motore funziona a
tutta velocità e senza la reversibilità.
• Per fermare l’utensile, rilasciare l’interruttore.
• Per fermare il trapano, disattivando la funzione di
bloccaggio, premere brevemente e rilasciare
l’interruttore. A lavoro ultimato e prima di disinserire
la spina posizionaresempre l’interruttore in OFF.
