Using Your Appliance

Replace worn or damaged blades and bolts in sets to

for accidents or hazards occurring to other people or
theirproperty.
Before Use
While operating the machine always wear substantial
footwear and long trousers. Do not operate the machine when
barefoot or wearing open sandals. Avoid wearing clothing
that is loose fitting or that has hanging cords orties.
Thoroughly inspect the area where the machine is to be used
and remove all objects which can be thrown by themachine.
Before using, always visually inspect to see that the blade,
blade bolt and the blade assembly are not worn or damaged.
Replace worn or damaged components in sets to preserve
balance. Replace damaged or unreadablelabels.
After Use
When not in use, the appliance should be stored in a dry, well
ventilated place out of the reach ofchildren.
Children should not have access to storedappliances.
When the appliance is stored or transported in a vehicle
it should be placed in the boot or restrained to prevent
movement following sudden changes in speed ordirection.
Inspection and Repairs
Before use, check the appliance for damaged or defective
parts. Check for breakage of parts, damage to switches and
any other conditions that may affect itsoperation.
Do not use the appliance if any part is damaged ordefective.
Have any damaged or defective parts repaired or replaced by
an authorised repairagent.
