Selezione del tipo di funzionamento (fig. B)
I trapani a percussione possono essere adoperati in
due modi diversi:
A rotazione:
per lavori in acciaio, legno e plastica.
A percussione:
con rotazione e percussione simultanee
per lavori in calcestruzzo e muratura.
• Selezionare il modo operativo richiesto ruotando
il selettore percussione-rotazione (4) nella
posizione desiderata.
Inserimento e rimozione della punta (fig. A)
Mandrino autoserrante
• Aprire il mandrino facendo ruotare la ghiera (9)
zigrinata in senso antiorario ed inserire l’attacco
della punta.
• Stringere forte facendo ruotare la ghiera in senso
orario.
Mandrino a cremagliera con chiave
• Aprire il mandrino facendo ruotare la ghiera (9)
zigrinata in senso antiorario ed inserire l’attacco
della punta.
• Inserire la chiave serramandrino (10) in ognuno
dei fori laterali del mandrino e stringere con forza
in senso orario.
• Per togliere la punta agire nel modo contrario.
Montaggio dell’impugnatura laterale (fig. A)
L’impugnatura laterale (6) può essere adattata sia
all’uso con la mano destra che a quello con la
mano sinistra.
Utilizzare sempre il trapano con
l’impugnatura laterale montata.
• Allentare l’impugnatura laterale.
• Per chi è destro: far scivolare il morsetto circolare
dell’impugnatura sul collare posizionando
l’impugnatura a sinistra.
• Per chi è mancino: far scivolare il morsetto
circolare dell’impugnatura sul collare
posizionando l’impugnatura a destra.
• Farla ruotare nella posizione desiderate e
stringerla agendo sull’impugnatura.
Regolazione della profondità di foratura (fig. C)
• Inserire la punta richiesta nel mandrino.
• Allentare l’impugnatura laterale (6).
• Inserire l’asta di regolazione della profondità (7)
attraverso l’asola del morsetto dell’impugnatura.
• Regolare la profondità nel modo illustrato.
• Stringere l’impugnatura laterale.
Comando reversibilità (fig. A)
• Per selezionare il senso di rotazione richiesto
(rotazione sinistrorsa o destrorsa) si utilizzi
l’apposito selettore di reversibilità (3).
Attendere sempre che il motore sia
completamente fermo prima di invertire
il senso di rotazione.
Smontaggio del mandrino (fig. D & E)
• Aprire per quanto possibile le ganasce del
mandrino.
• Inserire un cacciavite nel mandrino e togliere la
vite di fissaggio del mandrino (12) svitandola in
senso orario.
• Fissare una chiave per brugole nel mandrino e
colpirla con un martello nel modo illustrato.
Istruzioni per l’uso
• Osservare sempre le istruzioni per la
sicurezza e le normative vigenti.
• Accertarsi di non forare in prossimità di
tubi o fili elettrici.
• Non esercitare una pressione eccessiva
sull’utensile. La pressione eccessiva non
solo non aumenta la velocità di foratura ma
diminuisce anche la durata dell’utensile.
Prima del funzionamento:
• Inserire il tipo di punta più adatto.
• Segnare il punto di foratura.
Accensione e spegnimento (ON e OFF) (fig. A)
• Per mettere in funzione l’utensile, premere il
interrutore a velocità variabile (1). La pressione
esercitata sul interrutore determina la velocità
dell’utensile.
