Konventionelle Belastung Die konventionelle Belastung ist das Gewicht, das vom Hersteller für die Passa-

giere vorgesehen ist.

Konventionelle Belastung bedeutet: Für jeden Sitzplatz, den der Hersteller vorge-

sehen hat, werden 75 kg angerechnet, unabhängig davon, wie viel die Passagiere

tatsächlich wiegen. Der Fahrerplatz ist bereits in der Masse in fahrbereitem

Zustand enthalten und darf nicht mitgerechnet werden.

Die Anzahl der Sitzplätze wird vom Hersteller in den Fahrzeugpapieren im Feld S.1

angegeben.

Zusatzausstattung Zur Zusatzausstattung gehören Zubehör und Sonderausstattungen. Beispiele für

Zusatzausstattung sind:

z Anhängerkupplung

z Markise

z Fahrrad- oder Motorradträger

z Satellitenanlage

Die Gewichte der verschiedenen Sonderausstattungen sind in Kapitel 17 ange-

geben oder vom Hersteller zu erfahren.

Persönliche Ausrüstung Die persönliche Ausrüstung umfasst alle im Fahrzeug mitgeführten Gegenstände,

die in der konventionellen Belastung und der Zusatzausstattung nicht enthalten

sind. Zur persönlichen Ausrüstung zählen zum Beispiel:

z Lebensmittel

z Geschirr

z Fernsehgerät

z Radio

z Kleidung

z Bettzeug

z Spielzeug

z Bücher

z Toilettenartikel

Außerdem zählen zur persönlichen Ausrüstung, unabhängig davon, wo sie ver-

staut sind:

z Tiere

z Fahrräder

z Boote

z Surfbretter

z Sportausrüstungen

Für die persönliche Ausrüstung muss der Hersteller nach geltenden Bestim-

mungen mindestens ein Gewicht vorsehen, das nach der folgenden Formel ermit-

telt wird:

Formel Mindestgewicht M (kg) = 10 x N + 10 x L

Erklärung N = max. Anzahl der Personen einschließlich Fahrer, nach Herstellerangabe

L = Gesamtlänge des Fahrzeugs in Metern
