6. Lekkage dient binnen 15 dagen, schriftelijk aan de firma
Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG of aan een Dethleffs-dealer te worden gemeld. Bij de
melding moet het garantiebewijs, voorzien van betreffende garantiezegels, zijn
bijgevoegd. Wordt de lekkage niet binnen de hierboven vermelde termijn
gemeld, kan er geen aanspraak worden gedaan op garantie.
De lekkage mag pas gerepareerd worden na toestemming van de firma
Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG.
Als er over de manier, de omvang en het resultaat van de achteraf aangebrachte
reparatie of vervanging geen passende overeenkomst wordt bereikt, dan wordt
door de firma Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG of door de Dethleffs-dealer een neu-
trale deskundige aangetrokken, wiens beslissing voor alle betrokkenen bin-
dend is.
7. De kosten van de inspectie worden door de garantienemer overgenomen.
8. Als bevoegde rechtbank zijn, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, de voor Isny
bevoegde rechtbanken overeengekomen.
