6. L'apparition de défauts d'étanchéité doit être signalée dans un délai de
15 jours à l'entreprise Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG ou à un revendeur
Dethleffs par écrit. La signalisation doit être jointe au document de garantie
contenant les coupons de garantie adéquats. Si la présence du défaut
d'étanchéité n'est pas signalée dans le cadre du délai mentionné, le droit à
la garantie expire.
L'élimination du défaut d'étanchéité doit être effectuée avec l'accord de
l'entreprise Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG.
Si aucun accord ne peut être conclu en ce qui concerne la manière,
l'étendue et le résultat de la remise en ordre dans un cadre approprié,
l'entreprise Dethleffs GmbH & Co. KG ou un revendeur Dethleffs fera inter-
venir un spécialiste neutre dont la décision liera toutes les parties.
7. Les coûts de l'inspection seront supportés par la personne au profit de
laquelle la garantie est constituée.
8. La juridiction compétente est le tribunal compétent d'Isny, si autorisé par la
loi.
