De levensduur van de batterij neemt af
(NB: batterijprestaties zijn direct
gekoppeld aan het gewicht van de
fietser, bagage, windkracht, type weg
en constant remmen).
1) oplaadtijd is niet genoeg
2) de omgevingstemperatuur is te laag
en beïnvloedt de werking van de
batterij
3) heuvels of tegenwind komen vaak
voor en de wegen zijn in slechte staat
4) de bandenspanning is niet voldoende
(pomp ze opnieuw op)
5) Frequente uitschakelingen en
herstarts
6) de batterij is lange tijd opgeslagen
geweest zonder te zijn opgeladen.
1) laad de batterij op volgens de
instructies (hoofdstuk 7.3)
2) in de winter of bij temperaturen
onder 0°C moet de accu binnen worden
bewaard
3) Dit is een normale oorzaak en het
probleem zal verdwijnen naarmate de
omstandigheden verbeteren
4) Pomp de banden op tot een druk van
3,1 bar
5) het probleem wordt opgelost door de
gebruiksvoorwaarden te verbeteren
6) voer regelmatig opladen uit in
overeenstemming met het
instructieboekje. Als u het probleem
niet kunt oplossen, neem dan contact

oplaad-LED-lampje nog steeds rood.
(NB: het is erg belangrijk om de batterij
op te laden volgens de instructies om
beschadiging van het materiaal te
voorkomen).

2) de omgevingstemperatuur is gelijk
aan of lager dan 0 °C
3) de fiets is na gebruik niet opgeladen,
waardoor hij te veel ontlaadt
4) de uitgangsspanning is te laag om de
batterij te kunnen opladen.
1) laad de batterij op bij een
temperatuur onder de 40 °C en volgens
de instructies
2) laad de batterij binnenshuis op
volgens de instructies
3) onderhoud de accu goed om te
voorkomen dat deze te lang wordt
opgeladen
