Aktivitetsdata slettes regelmæssigt hvert døgn kl. 0:00, men enheden kan gendanne de seneste 7 dages data.

Efter 7 dage slettes data helt. Vi anbefaler, at du synkroniserer data med appen mindst én gang hver 7. dag, når

enheden er i brug.

Kan ikke finde enheden under parringen

Sørg for, at Bluetooth er slået TIL i din smartphone, og at telefonens operativsystem er Android 4.4 eller nyere

eller iOS 7.1 eller nyere.

Sørg for, at enheden befinder sig nær din smartphone under parringen (normalt 0,5 m), og at den er indenfor

normal Bluetooth kommunikationsrækkevidde (indenfor 10 m).

Sørg for, at enhedens batteriniveau ikke er lavt. Hvis du stadig har problemer efter en fuld opladning, skal du

kontakte os.

Kan ikke forbinde enheden med appen

Visse smartphone Bluetoothtjenester fungerer ikke korrekt efter genstart. Genstart Bluetooth, eller genstart din

smartphone for at parre enheden.

Hvordan gendannes de oprindelige indstillinger?
