Restauration du micrologiciel aux valeurs par défaut de l’usine
Lorsque l'appareil ou les fonctions réseau ne fonctionnent pas correctement, le fonctionnement peut être amélioré en rétablissant le micrologiciel aux
valeurs par défaut.
Faites-le lorsque l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement, même après avoir essayé les démarches pour “Réinitialisation des réglages d’usine”
ou “Réinitialisation des réglages du réseau”. (v p. 205, 206)
Après la restauration du micrologiciel, divers paramètres sont réinitialisés à leur valeur par défaut. Configurez à nouveau les paramètres et mettez à jour le
micrologiciel.

1Appuyez sur X tout en maintenant simultanément
enfoncés SLEEP et INFO.
2Lorsque “Restoring FW...” apparaît sur l’écran,
relâchez les boutons.
Lorsque la restauration du micrologiciel est terminée, “Completed”
apparaît sur l’écran pendant environ 5 secondes, et l’appareil
redémarre automatiquement.
0Cette opération prend du temps car elle nécessite de se reconnecter au réseau,
de restaurer et de mettre à jour le micrologiciel.
0Si cette opération ne permet pas d’améliorer le problème, contactez notre centre
de service clientèle.
