10.0 Langzaam damp aflaten
De snelkookpan naast het vuur zetten en laten afkoelen
10.1 Normale automatische drukvermindering
Til de ventieldop op en draai deze zachtjes
75° in klokwijzerzin tot deze lichtjes vastklikt
(stand 1).
10.2 Snelle automatische drukvermindering
Til de ventieldop op en draai deze zachtjes 90°
in klokwijzerzin tot deze voor de tweede keer
lichtjes vastklikt (stand 2).
10.3 Openen van de snelkookpan na aflaten van de druk
Er is geen druk meer in de snelkookpan als de
ventieldop in zijn laagste positie blijft. Om de
pan te openen schuift u de boven- en ondergre-
pen uit elkaar tot de pijl op het deksel loodrecht
naar de ondergreep wijst. Het deksel kan nu
eenvoudig opgetild worden.
Tips om de druk te verminderen bij specifieke voedingsmiddelen:
Voedingsmiddelen met een korte kooktijd: Gebruik snelle automatische drukver-
mindering omdat het voedsel anders overgaar wordt.
Groenten met een lange kooktijd, soep, vlees compleet in vloeistof gedompeld,
aardappelen, granen en peulvruchten: Haal de snelkookpan van de kookplaat/-
ring en laat deze afkoelen. Gebruik geen water om af te koelen (aardappelen
zouden vastheid verliezen en uit elkaar vallen).
Vlees, groenten, bevrozen groenten, vers fruit en gedroogd voedsel (geen peul-
vruchten): Gebruik normale of snelle drukvermindering (sta voor reeds bereide
maaltijden toe dat de snelkookpan een minuutje afkoelt alvorens druk te ver-
minderen.
Vis en rijst: Gebruik snelle automatische drukvermindering.
Voedsel met een hoog vetgehalte of gepureerd voedsel (alsook peulvruchten):
Haal de snelkookpan van de kookplaat/-ring en laat deze afkoelen.
Na het koken van vlees met vel, zoals ossetong, welke kan opzwellen door het
toenemen van druk, kan het doorprikken van het vlees verbrandingsgevaar ople-
veren.

  • Hi. I have a very old Demeyere pressure cooker 18/10 triplinduc. I have dismantled the lid to clean it as the stem is not popping up. Can you show me how to reassemble it by way of a diagram please? Many thanks, Marigold Submitted on 8-9-2022 at 15:02
