• Question regarding the Delonghi Magnifica S Ecam 21.117:
    Hi!
I have only used my espresso machine for a few days. At first everything worked fine - and it still does, maybe - only I find that the milk frother doesn't produce as smooth and lean milk foam as it did the first couple of times. I feel the milk gets a bit watered too, with less taste. Maybe the machine spurts out too much water? or air? Pls note: I try to keep the tip not too deeply dipped into the milk, but always beneath the milk's surface, I have also tried to move or angle the pitcher a bit, I also always acc. to instructions take down and wash both "pieces" of the frother plus let water pour through it, as to clean it, so there should not be any milk residues in the machine... Also, I always use non dairy milk (usually oat milk, like Oatley's oat based milk). But again, I have used the same milk all the time, and yet, the taste and texture of the foam is not as smooth and round as it should be (and was the first few rounds). Maybe someone has some advice?
    Regards,
    Camilla
