SMET TILL CREPES

• 100 g mjöl • 1 dl mjölk

•4 hela ägg • salt

Placera alla ingredienser i mixerbehållaren och

mixa på hastighet 2 (LÅG) i ca. 30 sekunder. Smeten

skall vara ganska tjock.

ZUCCHINI (SQASH) MED TONFISK

•4 zucchini • 120 g tonfisk i olja

•1 burk hela tomater • 100 g riven ost

•1 ägg • salt

• persilja

Dela zucchinin på längden i två delar och gröpa ut

fruktköttet med en sked. Var försiktig så att de inte

går sönder. Placera fruktköttet i mixerbehållaren till-

sammans med ägget, tonfisken, den rivna osten, lite

salt och persilja. Mixa allt på hastighet 14 (HÖG) tills

det ser ut som en jämn smet. Dela zucchini-halvor-

na på bredden och fyll dem med blandningen.

Placera dem i en smord ugnsfast form. Mosa ihop

tomaterna med ett par msk vatten och två msk olja

och häll dem i ugnsformen. Lägg några klickar med

smör ovanpå zucchinin och stek dem i en uppvärmd

ugn i ca. 40 minuter. Zucchinin smakar extra gott

när den fått svalna till rumstemperatur.

FRAPPÉ

•1 äpple • 1 dl mjölk

Skär äpplet i små bitar och placera det i mixer-

behållaren tillsammans med mjölken. Mixa alltiho-

pa på hastighet 13 (HÖG) i ungefär en minut. Du kan

naturligtvis byta ut äpplet mot vilken frukt du vill.

SGROPPINO

• 100 g citronsorbet

• 1/2 glas mousserande vitt vin

•1 vodkashot

Placera alla ingredienser i mixerbehållaren och

mixa på hastighet 9 (HÖG) i ungefär 1 minut, tills

blandningen är jämn.

ITALIENSK ISDRINK

• Syrup till smaksättning

Häll isen i mixerbehållaren och mixa den med hjälp

av PULS-knappen på hastighet 14 (HÖG) tills all is har

krossats. Häll den krossade isen i ett glas och tillsätt

syrup.
