MASSA PARA CREPES
• 100 g de farinha • 1dl de leite
• 4 ovos inteiros • sal
Coloque no recipiente todos os ingredientes enu-
merados e accione a máquina à velocidade 2 (LOW)
durante cerca de 30 segundos. Deverá obter uma
pasta cremosa.
COURGETTES COM ATUM
• 4 courgettes • 1 ovo
• 120 g de atum em azeite
• 1 caixa de tomates pelados
• 100 g de queijo ralado
Corte as courgettes ao comprido, escave-as com
uma colher e retire-lhes a polpa, evitando parti-las.
Coloque no recipiente a polpa, o ovo, o atum, o
queijo ralado, o sal, a salsa e accione o robot de
cozinha à velocidade 14 (HIGH) até obter uma
massa bem homogénea. Recheie, no sentido longi-
tudinal, as metades das courgettes previamente
cortadas. Disponha-as num assadeira untada de
manteiga. Deite um pouco de água com duas
colheres de azeite e uma pequena quantidade de
tomates pelados passados. Distribua sobre as
courgettes alguns pedacinhos de manteiga. Deixe
cozinhar no forno previamente aquecido durante
cerca de 40 minutos. Estas courgettes são boas
servidas mornas.
BATIDO
•1maçã • 1dl. de leite
Corte a maçã aos pedaços e coloque-a no reci-
piente com o leite. Bata tudo à velocidade 13 (HIGH)
durante cerca de 1 minuto. Naturalmente, poderá
utilizar outros tipos de fruta consoante o gosto
pessoal.
SGROPPINO
• 100 g de gelado de limão
• 1/2 copo de vinho branco Prosecco
• 1 copinho pequeno de Vodka
Coloque todos os ingredientes no recipiente e bata-
os à velocidade 9 (HIGH) durante cerca de 1 minuto
ou, então, até que o preparado fique devidamente
homogéneo.
GRANIZADOS
• gelo • xarope à escolha
Deite o gelo todo no jarro e accione a tecla PULSE à
velocidade 14 (HIGH) até que todo o gelo esteja tri-
turado de forma homogénea. Deite o gelo num
copo e adicione xarope.
