• schud het apparaat voorzichtig zodat het water in het
reservoir uit de zoolplaat komt en de onreinheden weg-
voert;
•geef de knoop SELF CLEAN vrij
• sluit het apparaat op het stopcontact aan en laat het
minstens 2 minuten werken totdat de zoolplaat
gedroogd is. koppel het apparaat van het stopcontact
af. Laat het afkoelen en droog de buitenkant met een
zachte doek.
ANTI-KALKSYSTEEM (ANTICALC)
Anticalc is een permanent kalkfilter dat uit harsen bestaat en in het
reservoir B is geïnstalleerd. Dankzij dit filter kan normaal leiding-
water worden gebruikt. De onreinheden worden gefilterd en kal-
kresidu’s worden geëlimineerd. De harsen zorgen er namelijk voor
dat de hardheid van het water afneemt, zodat de levensduur van
het strijkijzer verdubbelt.
AUTOMATISCHE UITSCHAKELING (AUTO SHUT-OFF) (ALLEEN ENKELE
MODELLEN)
Als het strijkijzer niet gebruikt wordt en 30 seconden in horizonta-
le stand wordt gelaten, gaat het automatisch uit. Als het strijkijzer
niet gebruikt wordt en in verticale stand of op zijn zijde wordt gela-
ten, wordt het na 8 minuten automatisch uitgeschakeld.
De automatische uitschakeling wordt gemeld door het knipperen
van het controlelampje.
Belangrijke informatie voor de correcte verwerking van het product in ove-
reenstemming met DE EUROPESE RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EC
Aan het einde van zijn nuttig leven mag het product niet samen met
het gewone huishoudelijke afval worden verwerkt.Het moet naar een
speciaal centrum voor gescheiden afvalinzameling van de gemeente
worden gebracht, of naar een verkooppunt dat deze service verschaft.
Het apart verwerken van een huishoudelijk apparaat voorkomt mogelijke nega-
tieve gevolgen voor het milieu en de gezondheid die door een ongeschikte ver-
