PROBLEEM MOGELIJKE OORZAAK OPLOSSING
De koe is niet warm.
kopjes zijn niet voorverwarmd. • de energiebesparing niet actief is, moet men de
kopjes minstens 20 minuten op de kopjesverwarmer
laten staan zodat ze opwarmen.
• Verwarmdekopjesdoorzemetwarmwaterte
spoelen (gebruik de warmwaterfunctie).
De zetgroep is afgekoeld omdat 2/3 minuten na de laatste
koe verstreken zijn.
De zetgroep met de spoelfunctie opwarmen vooraleer koe
te zette (zie par. “Tips voor warmere koe”).
De ingestelde koetemperatuur is laag. Stel via het menu een hogere koetemperatuur in.
De koe heeft weinig crème.
De koe is te grof gemalen. Draai de regelknop van de maalgraad met één klik in te-
genwijzerzin in de richting van het getal 1, terwijl de koe-
molen in werking is (afb. 11). Draai de knop één klik per keer
tot de afgifte naar wens is. Het eect is pas zichtbaar nadat
2 keer koe afgegeven is.
Het koemelange is niet geschikt. Gebruik een koemelange voor koezetapparaten voor
espressokoe.
De koe komt te langzaam
naar buiten of druppelsgewijs.
De koe is te jn gemalen. Draai de regelknop van de maalgraad met één klik in wij-
zerzin in de richting van het getal 7, terwijl de koemolen
in werking is (afb. 11). Draai de knop één klik per keer tot de
afgifte naar wens is. Het eect is pas zichtbaar nadat 2 keer
koe afgegeven is.
De koe komt niet uit de
mondstukken maar komt
langs het servicedeurtje naar
buiten
De gaten van de mondstukken zijn verstopt door droog
koepoeder.

De koeleiding binnen het deurtje is geblokkeerd. Reinig de mondstukken met een tandenstoker, een spons of
een keukenborstel met hard haar.
De koe wordt te snel
afgegeven.
De koe is te grof gemalen. Draai de regelknop van de maalgraad met één klik in te-
genwijzerzin in de richting van het getal 1, terwijl de ko-
emolen in werking is (afb. 11). Let op dat de regelknop van
de maalgraad niet teveel gedraaid worden, anders kan het
voorkomen dat de afgifte druppelsgewijs plaatsvindt wan-
neer om twee kopjes koe gevraagd wordt.
De koe loopt niet uit één of
beide mondstukken van de
uitloop.
mondstukken zijn verstopt. Reinig de mondstukken met een tandenstoker.
Uit de afgiftegroep komt geen
koe maar water.
gemalen koe zit geblokkeerd in de trechter (A8) Leeg de trechter met behulp van de bijgeleverde kwast
zoals beschreven in par. “Reiniging van de trechter voor het
inbrengen van voorgemalen koe”.
Het apparaat wordt niet
ingeschakeld.
stekker zit niet in het stopcontact. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
oofdschakelaar is niet ingeschakeld. de hoofdschakelaar op I (afb. 1).
De drukknop werd niet hard genoeg ingedrukt.
Houd de drukknop enkele seconden ingedrukt.
