Apulisch brood van harde tarwe/ zacht Apulisch
brood
1. Plaats de kneedarm in zijn zitting.
2. Doe de ingrediënten in het bakblik in de in het recept
aangegeven volgorde.
3. Meng met behulp van een pollepel de ingrediënten en-
kele seconden met de hand.
4. Plaats het bakblik in de oven en selecteer het programma
AU 1 (brood van harde tarwe) AU 2 (brood van zachte tar-
we).
5. Druk op de toets START/STOP.
TIP: na het rijzen (na 1h 45min voor harde tarwe en na 1h
25min voor zachte tarwe) zal de oven een geluidssignaal af-
geven en 5 minuten in standby-mode blijven.
De tijd op de display begint te knipperen; het is nu mogelijk
het bakblik uit de oven te nemen, het oppervlak met gezeefd
meel te bestrooien, sneden met een scherp mes te maken en
het bakblik weer terug in de oven te plaatsen (men hoeft niet
op de toets START/STOP te drukken).
Als men deze handelingen niet wil uitvoeren, hervat de oven
automatisch de cyclus nadat 5 minuten in standby zijn ver-
streken.
