INGREDIENTE S
para 500 gr de mayonesa
1 huevo entero
1 yema
500 gr de aceite vegetal
el jugo de medio limón
1 pizca de sal
Mayonesa
Como preparar:
ntroducir los huevos, la sal y el jugo de limón en el contenedor con las
cuchillas. Mezclar activando el selector en posición 3 y añadir el aceite
muy lentamente desde el agujero en alto; tras haber introducido la
mitad del aceite, aumentar la velocidad de las cuchillas en posición 4
hasta obtener la consistencia deseada.
INGREDIENTE S
75 gr de yemas
200 gr de azúcar
50 gr de harina
500 ml de leche
1 vaina de vainilla (o vainilla
en polvo)
Natillas
mo preparar:
Posicionar la pala en el contenedor y verter todos los ingredientes
empezando por la leche; cerrar la tapa. Seleccionar la función CREMA
y cocinar durante 10 minutos activando el selector en posición 2.
INGREDIENTE S
300 gr de harina
300 gr de azúcar
3 huevos
200 ml de nata líquida
1 sobre de levadura
1 pizca de sal
Masa base para pasteles
Como preparar:
Introductir las claras y el azúcar en el contenedor con las cuchillas.
Montar durante unos minutos activando el selector en posición 8.
Añadir las yemas, la nata, la harina, la levadura y una pizca de sal.
Mezclar todo hasta obtener una masa homogénea activando siempre
el selector en posición 8.
INGREDIENTE S
500 ml de leche
50 gr de mantequilla
50 gr de harina
sal
nuez moscada
Bechamel
mo preparar:
Posicionar la pala en el contenedor y verter todos los ingredientes
empezando por la leche; cerrar la tapa.
Seleccionar la función CREMA y cocinar durante 9 minutos activando
el selector en posición 2.
