Pizza dough
Dough
Water 290 ml
2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Remove the dough from the pan completely. Oil two pizza pans. Heat the oven to 180°C.
2. Divide the dough in two and spread it out in the oiled pans. Garnish the pizza to taste and bake for 20
minutes.

1. Remove the dough from the pan completely. Oil the baking tray.
2. Mix all the ingredients, adding a little flour until the dough is elastic. Spread out on the oiled baking tray.
3. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
4. Pour a little oil on top of the dough, add the herbs and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at
180°C.

1. Remove the dough from the pan completely.
Cover the tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Mix all the ingredients, adding a little flour to make an elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
Roll up each piece into a ball and place them side by side on the baking tray.
Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
3. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Makes 12 rolls.
