pâtons. Rouler chaque pâton pour former une boule et les disposer les uns à côté des autres sur la pla-
que de cuisson. Couvrir et laisser lever pendant 30 minutes.
3. Faire cuire les petits pains pendant 180 minutes au four préchauffé à 180 °C.
