Metodo

1. Giet het water in het bakblik en voeg de boter toe. Meng beide meelsoorten met het sojazaad, de brui-

ne suiker en het zout, en giet alles in het bakblik. Maak een kuiltje in het deeg en doe er de gist in.

Verwijder eventueel meel dat buiten het bakblik gemorst is.

2. Doe het bakblik in het apparaat en sluit het deksel.

3. Druk op de toets MENU om (3) VOLKOREN of (4) VOLKOREN SNEL te programmeren.

4. Selecteer de Bruining, het Gewicht en druk op START/STOP.

Opmerking: dit recept is alleen geschikt voor brood van 750 gram.

Werkwijze

1. Giet het bier en het water in het bakblik. Meng het meel, de rogge en het zout, en giet alles in het bak-

blik. Maak een kuiltje in het deeg en doe er de gist in. Verwijder eventueel meel dat buiten het bakblik

gemorst is.

2. Doe het bakblik in het apparaat en sluit het deksel.

3. Druk op de toets MENU om (3) VOLKOREN of (4) VOLKOREN SNEL te programmeren.

4. Selecteer de Bruining, het Gewicht en druk op START/STOP.

Opmerking: dit recept is alleen geschikt voor brood van 1 kg.
