330 Problemen oplossen
Het lampje van de aan/uit-knop op de voorkant van de computer licht op en
knippert of brandt ononderbroken om verschillende toestanden aan te geven:
• Zie het gedeelte "Aan/uit-lampjes voor desktopcomputers" op pagina 295
als het aan/uit-lampje groen is en de computer niet reageert.
OPMERKING: Op bepaalde computers zal het aan/uit-lampje groen branden.
• Als het aan/uit-lampje blauw knippert, staat de computer in de stand-
bymodus. Druk op een toets op het toetsenbord, beweeg de muis of druk
op de aan/uit-knop om de normale werking te hervatten.
OPMERKING: Op bepaalde computers zal het aan/uit-lampje groen branden.
• Als het aan/uit-lampje uit is, is de computer uitgeschakeld of krijgt deze
geen stroom.
– Sluit een uiteinde van de stroomkabel aan op de stroomaansluiting
aan de achterzijde van de computer, en sluit het andere uiteinde van
de stroomkabel aan op het stopcontact.
– Als de computer is aangesloten op een stekkerdoos, gaat u na of de
stekkerdoos is aangesloten op een stopcontact en of de stekkerdoos is
ingeschakeld.
– Vervang de stroombeveiligingsvoorzieningen, stekkerdozen en
verleningskabels door vergelijkbare producten waarvan u zeker bent
dat ze naar behoren werken, en ga na of de computer nu wel kan
worden ingeschakeld.
– Controleer of het stopcontact naar behoren werkt door er een ander
apparaat, zoals een lamp, op aan te sluiten.
– Controleer of de stroomkabel en de kabel voor het voorpaneel stevig
zijn aangesloten op het moederbord. Raadpleeg voor instructies de
Onderhoudshandleiding
voor uw computer.
• Als het aan/uit-lampje oranje knippert, krijgt de computer wel stroom,
maar is er een probleem met de interne stroom.
– Ga na of de stroomselectieschakelaar zo is ingesteld dat deze
overeenkomt met de netstroom op uw locatie, indien van toepassing.
– Controleer of de stroomkabel van de processor op stevige wijze is
aangesloten op het moederbord (zie de
Onderhoudshandleiding
voor
uw computer).
