Bereiding
Snij de paprika en de sjalotjes erg fi jn.
Meng de ingrediënten voor de ma-
rinade en gebruik een mixer om de
ingrediënten goed fi jn te hakken. De
marinade moet een gladde pasta zijn.
Overgiet de lapjes met de marinade
en laat gedurende een nacht trekken.
Neem de lapjes en kook ze gedurende
25’ in de stoomkoker. Kook de rijst in
de rijstkom gedurende 15’.
Verwarm de rest van de marinade
op een zacht vuurtje, voeg wat witte
wijn toe en laat inkoken.
Presentatie
Verdeel de rijst over het midden van
het bord en leg het kalkoenlapje op de
helft van de rijst. Garneer de rijst met
de gehakte peterselie. Serveer de saus
op basis van de marinade afzonderlijk.
