Connections
Wire connection utilize a method on the Mythos XTR that is different than most speakers. Make sure you
connect positive (+) to positive (+) and negative (–) to negative (–) from receiver outputs to speakers on
all channels. Connections should be made with the equipment switched off.

Prepare wire ends
Strip 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) of
insulation from each wire to
expose the bare metal and
twist each into a uniform
assemblage. Opening will
hold 14 gauge wires.

Prepare connector
Using a small jewelers
screwdriver loosen the screws
on the connector allowing the
wire ends to fit in the holes.
Note marks for positive and
negative on the connector.

Insert speaker wire
Slip the wire ends into the
holes and tighten the screws
until the wire is firmly attached
to the connector. If using
vertical table stands are pass
wire thru leg first. (page 12)

Connect loudspeaker
