1.6 Einstellungen Richtwerte
Durch das Einstellen eines Richtwertes können Sie Ihren Kraftaufwand besser steuern, da
Sie im Vorfeld einen Belastungsbereich festlegen.
Ein akustisches Signal ertönt, falls Sie Ihren Belastungsbereich verlassen.
2 verschiedene Richtwerte können bestimmt werden: Geschwindigkeit, Tempo.
Hinweis: "Richtwert Herzfrequenz" kann nur dann eingestellt werden, wenn der
Herzfrequenzsensor aktiviert wurde (siehe § 1.8).
Sobald ein Richtwert bestimmt wurde, erscheint während der Aktivität eine dritte Anzeige mit
HLQHUJUD¿VFKHQ'DUVWHOOXQJ,KUHV5LFKWZHUWHV
Werte für das Einstellen der verschiedenen Richtwerte.

Tempo mind.: 2' 00'''' bis 60' 00", (Standardwert: 10' 0'')

Richtwert Geschwindigkeit:
Geschwindigkeit mind.: 1 bis 98 km/h, (Standardwert: 9 km/h)
