ACHTUNG :
während des Aufheizvorganges muss
aus Sicherheitsgründen Wasser am
Sicherheitsventil austreten können, was
auf die Ausdehnung des Wassers zurück-
zuführen ist. Dieses Phänomen ist
vollkommen normal.
Das Füllen des Kessels, die Entlüftung und
Dichtheitsprüfung der angeschlossenen
Wasserleitungen (Heizungskreise und even-
tuelle Warmwasserleitungen) müssen
gemäß Kapitel 4.4 durchgeführt werden.
8. INBETRIEBNAHME
Zur Inbetriebnahme des Kessels, wenden Sie sich
Bitte an :
- die Anleitung die dem Schaltfeld beiliegt,
- die Anleitung die dem Brenner beiliegt,
- die nachstehende Angaben für den Warmwasser-
erwärmer.
Kappe des automatischen Entlüfters wenn nötig
um einige Umdrehungen aufschrauben.
Die Markierung
● der Stellschraube der Rück-
schlagklappe gegebenenfalls auf Stellung ”Offen”
(O) bringen.
Die Ladepumpe falls nötig deblockieren : dazu den
Schutzverschluß an der Pumpenfront auf-
schrauben, einen Schraubenzieher in den Schlitz
der Pumpenachse einfügen, mehrmals die Ach-
se
nach rechts und nach links drehen. Schutzverschluß
wieder festschrauben.
Ein-/Ausschalter am Kesselschaltfeld in Stellung
Ein bringen (Siehe Anleitung des Schaltfeldes).
Während eine Minute erfolgt eine automatische
Entlüftung des Speicher-Wärmetauschers durch
intermittierendes Betrieb der Pumpen (Speicher-
ladepumpe und Heizungspumpe) vor dem Um-
schalten auf Automatik-Betrieb.
Dieser Entlüftungszyklus ist nicht aktiviert wenn die
Speichertemperatur über 25°C liegt.
Diesen Vorgang, wenn nötig 3 bis 4 Mal wieder-
holen, dazu den Ein-/Ausschalter des Heizkessels
betätigen.
Markierung
● der Rückschlagklappe wieder auf
Stellung Auto (A) bringen.
Kappe des automatischen Entlüfters wieder
schließen.

Eine neue Entlüftung an den höchsten
Punkten der Installation wird noch einmal
während und einiger Zeit nach der In-
betriebnahme, durchgeführt.
