- Außer des vorderen Anschlages, alle Anschläge z.

B. mit einem Hammer entfernen (siehe Abbildung).

- Die Konvektionsbeschleuniger in die 2 unteren Abgas-

kanäle schieben indem man die 2 letzten einfügt bis

sie anschlagen (siehe Anleitung die den Konvektions-

beschleuniger beiliegt).

- Die Reinigungstür schließen und befestigen (4 Mut-

tern ø 12 + 4 Scheiben L 12x32x5 - 19er Schlüssel).

Dichtheitsprüfung :

Nach der Montage des Kesselkörpers muss der

Heizungs-fachmann eine Dichtheitsprüfung durchführen

mit eimem Druck gleich 1,3 mal den Funktionsdruck zwar

7,8 bar mini während 2 Minuten mini. Die Prüfung muss

bei Raumtemperatur durchgeführt werden. Das Kontroll-

manometer ist auf dem Oberteil des Kesselkörpers mit-

tels einer Flansch angebracht und mit einem

Entleerungshahn ausgestattet, um die Luft, die sich im

Kesselkörper gesammelt hat, herauszulassen. Dieses zur

Sicherheitführsorge, um jede Explosion des Kessel-

körpers zu vermeiden.
