  • Hello, I am struggling to download the user technical manual for boiler, can you email me the manual. I want to read about the Flow return temp Submitted on 6-9-2023 at 12:42

  • After not being used for three years the oil-fired boiler will not fire up. There is plenty of oil and both pressure gauges read correctly. On pressing the start button it tries for about 20 seconds then the red alarm light comes on. It seems like the lower pump motor runs but not the upper one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Submitted on 10-4-2022 at 17:10

  • Hi, my boiler is on 42 degrees and can’t turn the temp down. Is it ok just to switch off. Thanks Submitted on 14-3-2022 at 20:37
