Installing your hob in all simplicity
•
This hob is delivered with a three-
conductor (including a yellow / green
earth wire) and must be connected to
the mains by the intermediary live,
earth and neutral (Kite-marked) or a
single pole cut-off device with a
contact opening by at least 3mm.
The unit must be installed so that the
mains plug is easily accessible.
•
Connect the wires onto the unit fol-
lowing the colour code (see diagram
opposite).
Electrical connections
The protective conductor is connected to the earth connection on the hob
and therefore must also be connected to an
external earth connection .
If this cable is damaged, have it replaced by your After-Sales Service as special too-
ling is required to connect it correctly.
The constructor will accept no responsibility for any incidents and possible conse-
quences, should the hob be used without an earth or with a faulty earth.
