Your oven is equipped with:
- A perforated dish to avoid food coming into contact with any condensation,
- A dish for collecting the condensation.
- A removable stainless-steel rack,
All dishes can be washed in the dishwasher.
The tank MUST be filled up to maximum level with water before every cooking session. (The noise that can be heard if you shake the
tank when it is empty comes from the water level detector).
- Remove the tank from the housing and fill it up, using water only.
Re-insert the tank into its housing; make sure that it has been inserted COMPLETELY. You should be able feel it CLICKING INTO PLACE.
Important: If your tap water is very hard, we recommend you use still, bottled water available at your local supermarket
Demineralised water is not recommended, as it is not guaranteed to be fit for human consumption.
The tank MUST be emptied after every cooking session to avoid any water stagnating in it. Wipe the reservoir housing with a dry cloth
to remove any drops of water that may have been left.
