La función de
deshumectación
no funciona.
¿Está obstruido
el filtro del aire?
¿Está obstruido el puerto de
entrada o el de descarga?
Limpie el filtro del aire tal como
se indica en “Cuidados para
el deshumidificador”.
Elimine la obstrucción del puerto
de descarga o de entrada.
No se descarga aire.
¿Está obstruido el filtro
del aire?
Limpie el filtro del aire tal como
se indica en “Cuidados para
el deshumidificador”.
Produce ruido
al funcionar.
¿Está mal instalada
la unidad, por lo que está
inclinada o inestable?
¿Está obstruido el filtro
del aire?
Coloque la unidad en un lugar estable
y robusto.
Aviso: Ponga una protección almohadi-
llada bajo la unidad. Reducirá el ruido
durante el funcionamiento.
Limpie el filtro del aire tal como
se indica en “Cuidados para
el deshumidificador”.
● Si ha ocurrido esta situación y se ha adoptado la medida indicada pero no se soluciona el fallo o bien tiene
lugar otro fallo, contacte con un centro de servicio autorizado.
Los siguientes síntomas no indican fallo de la unidad.

Motivo
El ruido de la unidad se incrementa de
repente, estando en funcionamiento.
Cuando el compresor se activa, se eleva el ruido de la
unidad en funcionamiento.
Escasa deshumectación o ninguna en
absoluto.
Esto ocurre si la temperatura y/ humedad de la sala es
baja.
Cuando se utiliza la unidad
por primera vez, el aire que
se descarga huele a rancio.
Como la temperatura del intercambiador de calor
baja abruptamente, puede producirse durante unos
momentos un olor inusual o a rancio.
No se reduce la humedad.
¿Es la habitación demasiado grande para la unidad?
¿Se abren y cierran frecuentemente las puertas o
ventanas? ¿Hay en la sala algún dispositivo, como
una estufa de queroseno, que emite vapor?
