PRINCIPES D’UTILISATION DE MICRO-ONDES

L’énergie de micro-ondes est utilisée pour cuire et réchauffer les aliments depuis les premières expériences

avec RADAR qui ont lieu durant la deuxième guerre mondiale.

Les micro-ondes sont toujours présents dans l’atmosphère, pas des sources naturelles et humaines. Les

sources humaines incluent les liaisons radar, radio, télévision, de télécommunications et les voitures.

convertie en micro-ondes

par le MAGNETRON.

ABSORPTION

Les micro-ondes provoquent la vibration des molécules

d’eau qui entraîne la FRICTION, c’est-à-dire la

CHALEUR. Cette chaleur cuit ensuite les aliments. Les

micro-ondes sont également attirées vers les particules

de graisse et de sucre et les aliments en contenant

beaucoup cuiront plus rapidement. Les micro-ondes

peuvent uniquement pénétrer à une profondeur de 4 à

5cm et comme la chaleur se propage dans les aliments

par conduction, comme dans un four traditionnel, les

aliments cuisent de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur.
