Deckel entfernen. Falls das Behältnis mit
Aluminiumfolie ausgekleidet ist, geben
Sie den Inhalt in einen kleinen Krug oder
einen offenen Pappbehälter. Nach dem
Auftauen ruhen lassen.
Behältnis einstechen, auf Teller legen. Falls
Behältnis in (Aluminium-) Folie eingepackt
ist, Folie entfernen. Falls sich das Gemüse
in einem Beutel befindet, Beutel einstechen.
5 Minuten ruhen lassen.
Aus Verkaufsverpackung entfernen. Auf
einem Servierteller legen bzw. anordnen.
Nach der Zubereitung (bzw. Auftauen) 5
Minuten ruhen lassen. Weitere 1-2
Minuten erwärmen, wenn das Gericht
warm serviert werden soll.
Gemüse, gefroren
ca. 170g Mittel 8-12 min.
ca. 285g Mittel 10-14 min.
