The Speedy Cook function allows the oven to cook immediately on full power.
The Speedy Cook function has been pre-programmed to increase the cooking time in increments of 30 seconds up to the maximum
time of 5 minutes.
SPEEDY COOK
1. Press the START/SPEEDY COOK button.
The oven will display as :30, MW indicator ( ) lights, and the oven starts
immediately. No need to press START/SPEEDY COOK button.
The oven light comes on and the turn table starts rotaing and the time in the
display will count down in seconds.
PIZZA COOK
1. Press the PIZZA button to select a desired pizza menu.
The PIZZA indicator ( ) lights.
2. Turn the dial knob to set the pizza weight.
"g" indicator blinks while you enter a desired weight.
3. Press the START/SPEEDY COOK button.
The oven light comes on and the turntable starts rotating.
Cooking starts and the time in the display will count down.
Note : You can check the current pizza menu while the cooking is in progress
by pressing the PIZZA button. The display will show the current pizza
menu for 3 seconds.

PIZZA MENU METHOD
FRESH PIZZA
FROZEN PIZZA
Remove from package and place on the metal turntable.
Cook on "PIZZA- Frozen Pizza".
Please refer to recommended recipes.
Topping Variation : Replace the onion with chopped bacon and continental sausage, mushrooms.
Place the prepared fresh pizza in a pizza tin.
For best results ensure that the topping is evenly spread over the pizza surface.
Pizza (White Loaf Dough base)
150g(6oz) strong white flour
90ml milk,lukewarm
3g dried yeast
1.5tsp. oil
pinch of salt
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
150g(6oz) mozzarella cheese

23Cm (9") pie dish
CHILLED PIZZA
Remove from package and place on the metal turntable.
Cook on "PIZZA- Chilled Pizza".
1. Place the flour, yeast,salt, milk,oil in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Knead well on a floured board then return the dough to the bowl and
proving using convection 40˚C until doubled in size.
3. Roll out the dough to forn a round shape to form the pizza dough.
4. Place on the metal turntable.
5. Place the chopped tomato, onion, cheese on the pizza dough.
6. Cook on "PIZZA- Fresh Pizza".
Note : For manual cook pizza(with recipe) the metal rack should be used. If not, the bottom of the food may be burned.
