El modo “Convección” permite cocinar alimentos del mismo modo que en un horno tradicional. No se utilizan microondas. Utilice
guantes para manipular los recipientes en el interior del horno, ya que estarán muy calientes.
COCCIÓN EN MODO “CONVECCIÓN” (cocción tradicional)
1. Pulse el botón Convection. El indicador de CONVECCIÓN () se ilumina.
En la pantalla se visualiza “180 °C”.
2. Seleccione la temperatura de cocción en modo “Convección” pulsando otra
vez el botón Convection hasta visualizar la temperatura correspondiente.
3. Gire el mando giratorio para ajustar el tiempo de cocción.
Si desea ajustar un tiempo de cocción de 11 minutos, gire el mando giratorio
y ajuste 11:00 (hasta 60 minutos).
En la pantalla se visualiza “11:00”.
4. Pulse el botón START/SPEEDY COOK.
La luz del horno se enciende y la bandeja giratoria empieza a girar. Empieza
la cocción y la cuenta atrás del tiempo en la pantalla.

180 °C 190 °C 200 °C 210 °C 220 °C
230 °C 240 °C 250 °C 40 °C 110 °C 120 °C
130 °C 140°C 150 °C 160 °C 170 °C
Nota: si pulsa el botón Convection, podrá comprobar la temperatura ajustada mientras cocina.
Fermentación
• 40 °C de temperatura de cocción en modo “Convección” es la temperatura adecuada para fermentar alimentos parecidos al pan.
Las temperaturas elevadas dentro del horno pueden reducir la calidad de la fermentación. Antes de utilizarlo, déjelo enfriar a
temperatura ambiente.
Sugerencias de uso
Esta función es ideal para preparar merengues, galletas, bizcochos,
bollos, pan, pudines, pasteles de fruta y todo tipo de repostería.
Recuerde que el horno estará caliente.
Coloque los alimentos en la rejilla metálica.
Enseres de cocina
Utilice enseres de cocina adecuados para el horno.
Puesto que no se utiliza energía de microondas, se pueden colocar
moldes metálicos directamente encima de la rejilla metálica sin que
haya peligro de que se produzcan chispas.
