MACARONI
BOLOGNESE SAUCE
Ingredients
400 gr. noodles
200 gr. fresh sausage
250 gr. ground beef
450 gr. canned tomatoes
50 gr. butter
tomato paste
1 onion
1 carrot
1 small celery stalk
1 garlic clove
some basil leaves
olive oil
grated parmesan
salt
pepper
Preparation
1. Finely chop onion, carrot, celery stalk,
basil leaves and garlic clove, put mixture in
the pot, add 2 tablespoons of oil, the skinned
sausages and the ground beef, stir, cover the
pot and put it in the oven at max. heat (po-
wer) for 5 minutes.
2. After the mixture has cooked for 5
minutes, remove and then add the chopped
tomatoes, a teaspoon of paste, little salt and a
pinch of pepper, stir and cook for other 5
minutes, then stir again and finish cooking
for the remaining 5 minutes at medium heat
(power).

Boil the pasta as usual, drain it when it is
al dente (a state in which the pasta still offers
some resistance to the teeth), put in a bowl
with the sauce, add the butter in small pieces,
stir, leave it in the oven switched off for 2
minutes and serve with grated parmesan
cheese
.

meat sauce especially suitable for all types of
noodles.
