Een elektrische ventilator is verantwoordelijk voor de
luchtstroom door de verdamper. De ventilator wordt vanaf de
printplaat van de regeleenheid aangestuurd. Een te hoog of te
laag toerental wijst op een defect aan de ventilator of
besturing.
9.1
Mechanische controle
Procedure
1 Verwijder de beide stekkers uit de wandcontactdoos.
2 Verwijder de mantel van de behuizing van de warmtepomp.
3 Verwijder de afvoerslang aan de ventilatorzijde.
4 Controleer dat de ventilator vrij en zonder bijgeluiden kan
draaien.
5 Ga verder met de controle van de bedrading als de
ventilator vrij kan draaien.
6 Hef eventuele blokkeringen in het luchtkanaal op, monteer
de aanzuigslang, steek de stekkers in de wandcontactdoos,
druk op de toets “reset”. Code CA/22 verdwijnt als de
storing verholpen is.
7 Plaats de mantel.
8 Einde procedure.
9 Ga verder met de controle van de bedrading als code CA/22
blijft.

Controle bedrading
Procedure
1 Verwijder de beide stekkers uit de wandcontactdoos.
2 Verwijder de mantel van de behuizing van de warmtepomp.
3 Verwijder stekker J2 van de printplaat.
4 Controleer de aansluiting op corrosie en slecht contact.
Herstel het contact eventueel.
5 Controleer de bedrading op beschadigingen.
6 Trek de stekker aan de ventilatorzijde los.
7 Controleer de bedrading op kortsluiting en onderbrekingen.
8 Vervang bedrading indien nodig.
9 Steek de stekkers in de wandcontactdoos.
10 Druk op de toets “reset”.
11 Controleer of code CA/22 verdwijnt.

Tip! De ventilator komt hoorbaar in bedrijf!
12 Vervang de ventilator als code CA/22 blijft.
