4.3 IONISATIE-ELEKTRODE K6
Algemeen
De ionisatie-(vlambeveiligings)elektrode bevindt zich in het inlaatgietstuk. Bij een storing in het
ionisatiecircuit dient eerst de massa- en ionisatieaansluiting te worden gecontroleerd.
Inspectie
Controleer eerst de ionisatiestroom op laagstand
via het serviceprogramma (zie sectie Instellen en
afregelen 3.4). Deze dient, nadat het toestel
minimaal 2 minuten in bedrijf is geweest, groter
te zijn dan 40. Indien deze lager is dan 40,
controleer dan de ionisatie-elektrode
visueel op haarscheuren en vervuiling van de
porseleinen isolator. Vervang de ionisatie-
elektrode als dit het geval is. Voor een goede
werking moet de elektrode aan de maat voldoen
zoals aangegeven in figuur 3 (voor toestellen
vanaf serienummer 9843). Om deze maten te
controleren dient de branderunit uitgebouwd te
worden.
Elektrische inspectie
Zie [8.1] en [8.3].
Bevestiging
Bevestiging van de ionisatie-elektrode geschiedt
door 2 kruiskopschroeven.
4.4 MAXIMAALTHERMOSTAAT K6
Algemeen
De Maximaalthermostaat (thermische beveiliging) mag alleen vervangen worden door het voorge-
schreven type. Bij een temperatuur van 105 °C zal het contact openen. Het contact zal weer sluiten
indien de temperatuur van de warmtewisselaar onder de 85 °C is gekomen. Bij een geopend
contact is het toestel vergrendeld en kan dan niet gereset worden.
Elektrische inspectie
Zie [8.2] en [8.4].
Bevestiging
Bevestiging geschiedt door middel van M4-buitendraad (steeksleutel 18mm).
