!Der Beckengurt muss auf beiden Seiten so tief wie möglich über der
Leistenbeuge Ihres Kindes verlaufen, um im Falle eines Unfalls optimal
wirken zu können.
!Stellen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch sicher, dass der Dreipunkt-Automatikgurt

verdrehen!
!Nur eine korrekt eingestellte Kopfstütze bietet den größtmöglichen Schutz
und Komfort für Ihr Kind und gewährleistet außerdem den optimalen Verlauf
des Schultergurtes.
!Bei Verwendung in Gruppe 1 Fangkörper zwingend verwenden.
!Der Kindersitz muss, auch dann wenn er nicht benutzt wird, immer korrekt
mit dem Fahrzeuggurt im Fahrzeug befestigt sein.
!Achten Sie darauf, dass der Kindersitz beim Schließen der Fahrzeugtür oder
beim Verstellen der Rückbank nicht eingeklemmt wird.
!Die Benutzung des Kindersitzes ist auch ohne linearen Seitenaufprallschutz
getestet und zugelassen.
!Gepäckstücke oder andere Gegenstände im Fahrzeug müssen gut befestigt
werden. Sie können zu tödlichen Geschossen werden.
!Der Kindersitz darf keinesfalls ohne Bezug verwendet werden. Verwenden
Sie nur original CYBEX Bezüge. Der Bezug ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil
der Funktion.
!Lassen Sie Ihr Kind nie unbeaufsichtigt im Fahrzeug zurück.
!Die Teile des Kindersitzes heizen sich in der Sonne auf. Ihr Kind kann sich
daran verbrennen. Schützen Sie Ihr Kind und den Kindersitz vor intensiver
Sonneneinstrahlung.
!Aufgrund eines Unfalles können am Kindersitz Beschädigungen auftreten,
die mit bloßem Auge nicht erkennbar sind. Bitte tauschen Sie nach einem
Unfall unbedingt den Sitz aus. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich an den
Händler oder Hersteller.
!Verwenden Sie diesen Kindersitz nicht länger als 11 Jahre. Der Sitz ist
während seiner Produktlebensdauer hohen Belastungen ausgesetzt, was
mit steigendem Alter zu einer Veränderung der Qualität des Materials führt.

Wasser gereinigt werden. Bitte auf keinen Fall scharfe Reinigungs- oder
Bleichmittel verwenden!

Benutzung von Kindersitzen Druckstellen, Beschädigungen und/oder
Abfärbungen auftreten. Um das zu vermeiden, können Sie z. B. einen
Sitzschoner unterlegen.

WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN
!Ohne Genehmigung der Zulassungsstelle dürfen keine Veränderungen und
Ergänzungen am Kindersitz vorgenommen werden.
!Damit Ihr Kind richtig geschützt werden kann, ist es notwendig, den
Kindersitz so zu verwenden wie in dieser Anleitung beschrieben.
!Dieser Sitz darf nur auf Fahrzeugsitzen eingebaut werden, welche laut
Fahrzeughandbuch zur Verwendung von Kinderrückhaltesystemen
zugelassen sind.
!Nur geeignet für Fahrzeugsitze mit Dreipunkt-Automatikgurt, die nach
UN Regelung Nr. R16 oder gleichwertigem Standard zugelassen sind.
!Benutzen Sie niemals andere als in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebene
und am Sitz markierte Punkte, um den Kindersitz zu befestigen.
!Die Rückenlehne des Kindersitzes muss an der Lehne des Fahrzeuges

!Der Schultergurt muss schräg nach hinten verlaufen und darf nie nach vorne
zum oberen Gurtpunkt im Fahrzeug führen.
!Das Fahrzeuggurtschloss darf keinesfalls über die Gurtführung reichen. Ist
die Gurtpeitsche zu lang, ist der Kindersitz für eine Verwendung auf dieser
Position im Fahrzeug nicht geeignet. Bitte kontaktieren Sie im Zweifelsfall
den Kindersitzhersteller.
!Der Dreipunktgurt darf nur über die dafür vorgesehenen Führungen
verlaufen. Die Gurtführungen werden in diesem Handbuch genau
beschrieben und sind am Kindersitz rot markiert.

ERSTMONTAGE
Die Rückenlehne (b) wird mit der Führungsnase auf der Achse des Sitzkissens
(e) eingehakt. Anschließend wird die Rückenlehne (b) nach vorne geklappt.
Der Fangkörper (f) wird auf das Sitzkissen (e) geschoben. Klicken Sie das
L.S.P (j) an die gekennzeichneten Bereiche seitlich des Sitzes. Drücken Sie,

DER RICHTIGE PLATZ IM FAHRZEUG
Der Kindersitz ist mit eingeklappten ISOFIX Connect Rastarmen (k) auf
allen Fahrzeugplätzen mit Dreipunkt-Automatikgurt verwendbar, die im
Fahrzeughandbuch für die „universelle“ Verwendung zugelassen sind.
Für die Befestigung mit den ISOFIX Connect Rastarmen (k) besteht eine „semi-
universale“ Genehmigung. ISOFIX Connect kann nur in bestimmten Fahrzeugen
eingesetzt werden. Diese Fahrzeuge entnehmen Sie der beigelegten Fahrzeug-
www.cybex-online.com.
In Ausnahmefällen kann der Kindersitz auch vorne am Beifahrersitz verwendet
werden. Die Empfehlungen des Fahrzeugherstellers sind unbedingt zu befolgen.
EINBAU DES KINDERSITZES IN DAS FAHRZEUG
1. Achten Sie darauf, dass …
• die Rückenlehne des Fahrzeugsitzes in aufrechter Position eingerastet ist.
• bei Einbau des Kindersitzes auf dem Beifahrersitz dieser so weit wie
möglich hinten steht, ohne dabei die Gurtführung zu beeinträchtigen.
󰀨(l) unter dem Sitzkissen (e) und
ziehen Sie die beiden ISOFIX Connect Rastarme (k) bis zum Endanschlag aus.
3. Drehen Sie nun die ISOFIX Connect Rastarme (k) um 180°, damit diese in
Richtung der ISOFIX Befestigungspunkte (o) zeigen.
4. Stellen Sie den Kindersitz auf den entsprechenden Fahrzeugsitz im Auto.
5. Schieben Sie die beiden Rastarme (k) in die ISOFIX Befestigungspunkte (o),
bis diese mit einem hörbaren „KLICK“ einrasten.
󰀨 (l) und schieben Sie den
Kindersitz an den Fahrzeugsitz.
7. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Rückenlehne des Kindersitzes (b)
Rückenlehne des Fahrzeugsitzes anliegt.
💡Sollte die Kopfstütze des Fahrzeuges störend sein, ziehen Sie diese heraus
oder nehmen diese ab (ausgenommen rückwärtsgerichtete Fahrzeugsitze).
8. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Sitz gut hält, indem Sie versuchen ihn
aus den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten (o) herauszuziehen. Der grüne
Sicherheitsindikator (n) muss an beiden Seiten gut sichtbar sein.
9. Falls der Sitz ohne ISOFIX Connect verwendet wird, kann dieses an der
Unterseite des Sitzes verstaut werden.
💡Durch Verwendung des ISOFIX Connect entsteht eine Verbindung mit
dem Fahrzeug, wodurch die Sicherheit Ihres Kindes erhöht wird. Ihr Kind
muss weiterhin mit dem Dreipunkt-Automatikgurt des Fahrzeuges und in
Gruppe 1 mit dem Fangkörper angeschnallt werden.

AUSBAU DES KINDERSITZES AUS DEM FAHRZEUG
Führen Sie die Einbauschritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durch.
1. Entriegeln Sie die ISOFIX Connect Rastarme (k) beidseitig, indem Sie die
Entriegelungstasten (m) drücken und gleichzeitig zurückziehen.
2. Ziehen Sie den Sitz aus den ISOFIX Befestigungspunkten (o).
3. Entfernen Sie den Kindersitz und verstauen Sie das ISOFIX Connect in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge zur Installation.
ANPASSEN DER KOPFSTÜTZE
Die Kopfstütze (c)󰀨 (d) an
der Rückseite der Kopfstütze (c) angepasst werden. Stellen Sie die Kopfstütze
(c) so ein, dass der Abstand zwischen den Schultern des Kindes und der
Kopfstütze (c) nicht mehr als 2 cm (ca. 2 Finger) beträgt.
💡Die Höhe der Kopfstütze kann auch im eingebauten Zustand im Auto
eingestellt werden.

NEIGUNGSVERSTELLBARE KOPFSTÜTZE
Die neigungsverstellbare Kopfstütze (c) hilft, das gefährliche Nach-Vorne-
Kippen des Kopfes im Schlaf zu verhindern. Sie ist in 2 verschiedenen
Positionen einstellbar. Schieben sie hierzu die neigungsverstellbare Kopfstütze
(c) nach vorne bis die gewünschte Position erreicht ist.
💡Der Kopf des Kindes soll immer Kontakt mit der neigungsverstellbare
Kopfstütze haben.
KORREKTER INSTALLATIONSMODUS
 
Installationsmodus mit Fangkörper ohne Fangkörper
Installation

1. Legen Sie den Fangkörper (f) ein. Die seitlichen Flügel des Fangkörpers (f)

2. Ziehen Sie die gesamte Gurtlänge des Fahrzeuggurtes heraus.
3. Den Beckengurt legen Sie über die gesamte dafür vorgesehene rot
markierte Gurtführung des Fangkörpers (g).
4. Stecken Sie die Gurtzunge in das Gurtschloss, sodass diese mit einem
hörbaren „KLICK“ einrastet.

6.
Führen Sie den Schultergurt parallel zum Beckengurt in der Gurtführung (g) zurück
󰀨
die gesamte Breite des Fangkörpers (f) innerhalb der Gurtführung (g) verlaufen.
7. Ziehen Sie nun den Schultergurt nach oben fest in die Gurtführung des
Fangkörpers (g), damit dieser sich festklemmt.
8. Legen Sie den Schultergurt zwischen Kopfstütze (c) und Rückenlehne (b).
Der Schultergurt muss nicht in der Schultergurtführung (i) eingelegt werden.
WECHSEL VON GRUPPE 1 ZU GRUPPE 2/3
Ist ihr Kind 18 kg schwer, entfernen Sie den Fangkörper (f).
💡Ein Wechsel von Gruppe 1 zu Gruppe 2/3 ist frühestens ab 15 kg erlaubt.
Bewahren Sie den Fangkörper gut geschützt auf.

1. Führen Sie den Fahrzeuggurt um Ihr Kind herum und stecken Sie die
Gurtzunge in das Gurtschloss des Fahrzeugs, sodass diese mit einem
hörbaren „KLICK“ einrastet.
2. Legen Sie den Beckengurt in die rot gekennzeichneten
Beckengurtführungen (h) des Kindersitzes ein.

4. Auf der Seite des Gurtschlosses müssen der Schultergurt und der
Beckengurt zusammen in die Beckengurtführung (h) eingelegt sein.
5. Führen Sie den Schultergurt durch die Schultergurtführung (i) bis er sich

6. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schultergurt über das Schlüsselbein Ihres
Kindes verläuft und nicht am Hals anliegt. Falls erforderlich, passen Sie
durch Verstellen der Kopfstützenhöhe den Gurtverlauf an.
AB- UND AUFZIEHEN DES BEZUGES
Der Bezug am Kindersitz besteht aus 5 Teilen (Kopfstütze (x2), Rückenlehne,
Sitzkissen und Fangkörper). Diese sind an mehreren Stellen mit Druckknöpfen
am Kindersitz befestigt. Lösen Sie alle Befestigungen, anschließend können
die Einzelteile abgezogen werden.
Um den Bezug wieder zu befestigen, verfahren Sie in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge.
💡Bezug nur bei 30 °C im Schonwaschgang waschen, ansonsten kann

von anderer Wäsche waschen und nicht im Trockner oder in der prallen
Sonne trocknen!

child seat.
Carefully read the instructions before installing the seat in your car and
always keep these instructions to hand in the designated compartment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
!Without the approval of the Type Approval Authority, the child seat may not

!In order to keep your child properly protected, it is absolutely essential that
you use the child seat as described in this manual.
!This child seat may only be installed on vehicle seats which are approved for
the use of child restraint systems according to the vehicle manual.
!Only suitable for vehicle seats with automatic three-point belts approved in
accordance with UN regulation 16 or a comparable standard.
!Do not use any load bearing contact points other than those described in the
instructions and marked on the child restraint.
!The full surface of the backrest of the child seat must make contact with the
backrest of the vehicle.
!The shoulder belt must run upwards and back at a recline. It must never run
forward to the upper belt point in your vehicle.
!The vehicle belt buckle must never cross the belt guide of the seat. If the belt
whip is too long, the child seat is not suitable for use in this position in the
vehicle. In case of doubt please contact the child restraint manufacturer.
!The three-point vehicle belt must only be passed through the designated
routings. The belt routings are described in detail in this manual and are
marked in red on the child seat.
!The lap belt must run as low as possible across your child’s groin to have

INITIAL ASSEMBLY
Connect the backrest (b) to the booster (e) by hooking the guide lug on the
axis of the booster. The backrest (b) is then folded forward. Place the impact
shield (f) on the booster (e). Clip the L.S.P. (j) onto the marked area on the
side of the seat. Push until it clicks into the slots in the car seat shell.
THE CORRECT POSITION IN THE VEHICLE
The child seat with retracted ISOFIX Connect locking arms (k) can be used on
all vehicle seats with automatic three-point safety belts approved in the vehicle
manual for “universal” use.


INSTALLING THE CHILD SEAT IN THE VEHICLE
1. Always ensure that…
• the backrests in the vehicle are locked in their upright position.
• when installing the child seat on the front passenger seat, adjust the vehicle

2. Use the ISOFIX Connect adjustment handle (l) under the booster (e) and
pull the two ISOFIX Connect locking arms (k) to their furthest extent.
3. Now twist the ISOFIX Connect locking arms (k) 180° so that they are facing
the direction of the ISOFIX anchorage points (o).
4. Place the child seat on the appropriate seat in the car.
5. Push the two locking arms (k) into the ISOFIX anchorage points (o) until
these lock into place with an audible “CLICK”.
6. Use the ISOFIX Connect adjustment handle (l) and push the car seat
against the vehicle seat.
7. Ensure that the entire surface of the backrest of the child seat (b) is placed
against the backrest of the vehicle seat.
💡If the headrest of the vehicle is in the way, pull it upwards to its furthest
extent or remove it completely (except in rear-facing vehicle seats).
8. Ensure the seat is secure by trying to pull it out of the ISOFIX anchorage
points (o). The green safety indicators (n) must be clearly visible on both
sides of the seat.
9. In case the seat is used without ISOFIX connect, it can be stored away on
the bottom of the seat.
💡By using ISOFIX Connect, a connection to the vehicle is created which
increases your child’s safety. Your child still needs to be secured with the
three-point belt of the vehicle and the impact shield for Group 1.

REMOVING THE CHILD SEAT FROM THE VEHICLE
Perform the installation steps in the reverse order.
1. Unlock the ISOFIX Connect locking arms (k) on both sides by pushing
the release buttons (m) and pulling them back simultaneously.
2. Pull the seat away from the ISOFIX anchorage points (o).
3. Remove the child seat and store the ISOFIX Connect in reverse order
to installation.
ADJUSTING THE HEADREST
The headrest (c) can be adjusted by using the headrest height adjuster (d)
at the back of the headrest (c). Adjust the headrest so that max. 2 cm (approx.
(c).
💡The height of the headrest can still be adjusted while the seat is installed
in the car.

RECLINING HEADREST
The Reclining Headrest (c) helps to prevent the child’s head from dangerously
tipping forward during sleep. It can be set to one of 2 positions. Push the
Reclining Headrest (c) forward until the desired position is reached.
💡The child’s head should always be in contact with the Reclining Headrest.
CORRECT INSTALLATION MODE

Installation

1. Insert the impact shield (f)(f)
between the arm rests and seating surface of the booster.
2. Pull out the entire length of the vehicle seat belt.
3. Place the lap belt over the designated red belt routing on the impact shield (g).
4. Lock the vehicle seat belt into the belt buckle. It must lock in place with an
audible “CLICK”.
5. Tighten the lap belt by pulling the shoulder belt backwards.
6. Feed the shoulder belt in parallel with the lap belt back into the belt routing
(g) and pull the shoulder belt tight. Ensure that both parts of the belt cover
the entire width of the impact shield (f) in the belt routing (g).
7. Feed the shoulder belt tightly through the belt routing of the impact shield (g)
until it is clamped inside the belt guide.
8. Put the shoulder belt between headrest (c) and backrest (b). The shoulder
belt does not need to be guided through the shoulder belt guide (i).
SWITCH FROM GROUP 1 TO GROUP 2/3
Remove the impact shield (f), as soon as your child weighs 18 kg.
💡Note that switching from group 1 to group 2/3 is not permitted if your
child weighs less than 15 kg. Keep the impact shield in a safe and
secure place.
SECURING THE CHILD WITHOUT IMPACT SHIELD – GROUP 2/3

1. Route the vehicle seat belt around your child and insert the belt tongue into
the belt buckle. It must lock into place with an audible "CLICK".
2. Place the lap belt in the red coloured lap belt guides (h) of the child seat.
3. Pull the shoulder belt to tighten the lap belt.
4. On the side of the car seat next to the belt buckle, the shoulder belt and the
lap belt must be inserted together in the lap belt guide (h).
5. Feed the shoulder belt through the shoulder belt guide (i) until it is inside
the belt guide.
6. Ensure that the shoulder belt runs across your child’s clavicle and does not
touch your child’s neck. If necessary, adjust the height of the headrest (c) to
change the position of the belt.
REMOVING AND REATTACHING THE SEAT COVER
The cover of the child seat consists of 5 parts (headrest (x2), backrest, booster
and impact shield). These are held in position at several places by press-
studs. Once all studs have been released, the single parts of the cover can
be removed.
In order to put the covers back on the seat, follow the removal instructions in
the reverse order.
💡The cover may only be washed at 30 °C with a delicate wash program
otherwise it may result in discolouration of the cover fabric. Please wash
the cover separately from other laundry and do not dry in the dryer or in
direct sunlight!
