LET OP: Doe de hakmolen niet te vol.
LET OP: Maal niet meer dan 500 gram achter elkaar (Dit geldt voor alle kruiden en noten).
LET OP: Voor het malen van koffiebonen adviseren wij gebruik te maken van één van de
reservebekers, en die voortaan alleen voor koffie te gebruiken. Dit om te voorkomen dat
verschillende smaken zich mengen.
6. MAALSUGGESTIES
Deze hakmolen is ontworpen om droge kruiden, noten, zaden, koebonen en nog veel meer te
malen. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos - maar hier volgt een voorproee van de ingrediënten
waarvoor dit product geweldig is, met de door ons geadviseerde maalduur:
Specerij/noot Tijd/opmerkingen
Zwarte peperkorrels - 1 eetlepel 10 seconden malen
Nootmuskaat - 1 hele muskaatnoot Malen met 15 korte pulsen, daarna 10
seconden achtereen
Hele kaneelstokjes - 2, gehalveerd Malen met 3 korte pulsen, daarna 45
seconden achtereen
Hele kruidnagels - 1 eetlepel 25 seconden malen
Anijs- of venkelzaad - 1 eetlepel 30 seconden malen
Lijnzaad of sesamzaad - 2 eetlepels 10 seconden malen
Noten (voor gehakte noten) - 75 gram Malen met korte pulsen om grof te
hakken
Noten (voor notenmeel) - 45 gram Malen met 15 korte pulsen, daarna 10
seconden achtereen
Tarwe - 45 gram 20 seconden malen
