7. REZEPTE

CHAITEE
Für 4 Personen
5 Kardamonschoten
5 ganze Nelken
1 Zimtstange (ca. 10 g)
1 Sternanis
450 ml halbfette Milch
450 ml Wasser
1 Teelöel reines Vanilleextrakt
1½ cm frischer Ingwer, geschält und in Scheiben
2 Streifen Orangenschale
6 Darjeeling-Teebeutel
3 Esslöel Honig
Geben Sie die Kardamonschoten, Nelken, Zimtstange und Sternanis in den Mahlbehälter. 2-3
Mal pulsieren; die Gewürze eher grobkörnig lassen. Die Mischung beiseite stellen.
Milch, Wasser und Vanilleextrakt in einem mittelgroßen Kochtopf auf mittlerer Hitze zum
Kochen bringen. Sobald die Mischung kocht, die gemahlenen Gewürze, den Ingwer und die
Orangenschale hineingeben.
• Die Mischung 10-15 Minuten sieden lassen.
• Die Teebeutel hinzugeben und weitere 5 Minuten sieden lassen.
• Die Mischung sieben und den Honig unterrühren.
ERDNUSSDIP
75 g nicht gesalzene Erdnüsse, geröstet
60 ml Kokosmilch
1 Knoblauchzehe
½ Teelöel rote Chilipaste
¼ Teelöel Fischsoße
1 Esslöel Sojasoße
½ Teelöel Hoisinsoße
½ Esslöel frisch gepresstes Limettensaft
100 ml Wasser
• Erdnüsse in den Mahlbehälter geben. 15 Mal pulsieren, dann 10 Sekunden oder fertig mahlen.
Die restlichen Zutaten in einen mittelgroßen Kochtopf geben, auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen und
