ACCRAS VAN KRAB MET ROMIGE GUACAMOLE

400 g krabvlees

100 g bloem

1 ei

1/2 tl pimentpoeder

1 el geraspte gember

1/2 bosje platte peterselie, versnipperd

1 el tijm, versnipperd

3 teentjes knoook, versnipperd

1 ui, versnipperd

5 cl halfvolle melk

3 rijpe avocado’s

1 el guacamolekruiden

2 el zure room

Het sap van een limoen

1/2 bosje koriander, versnipperd

5 cl olijfolie

Zout en peper van de molen

• Meng het krabvlees met de bloem, het ei, het pimentpoeder, de gember, de peterselie, de tijm, de

knoook en de ui.

• Voeg melk toe tot de mengeling een mooie textuur heeft.

• Zet aan de kant.

• Meng het vruchtvlees van de avocado’s met de guacamolekruiden, het limoensap, de room en de

koriander.

• Kruid naar smaak en zet op een koele plek.

• Zet het toestel aan en laat de plancha opwarmen.

• Vet de plaat in en leg er hoopjes krabvulling op (ter grootte van een theelepel).

• Bak ze ongeveer 2 minuten aan elke kant.

• Hou ze daarna warm.

• Serveer de accras in een mandje en de guacamole in een potje.

• Dip de accras in een beetje guacamole.
