Lottewangen met droge abrikozen

Ingrediënten
24 klaargemaakte
lottewangen
24 grote droge abrikozen
15 cl olijfolie
½ met zout gekonfijte
citroen
½ bosje verse koriander
1 theelepel dgroene
tapenade
6 takjes romarijn zonder
bladen
2 rode uien in bladen
gesneden
12 blaadjes laurierr
Zout en peper uit het
molentje
Bereidingswijze
Mix de olijfolie, de hele citroen, de bladen koriander en
de tapenade.
Laat de lottewangen en de abrikozen 2 uur marineren
in de bereiding.
Steek op elk takje romarijn 5 lottewangen; steek er
afwisselend abrikozen en bladen van rode ui op.
Steek een blad laurier op elke zijde.
Schakel het toestel in en laat de twee platen
voorverwarmen.
Plaats de brochettes op de platen en laat elke zijde 3
minuten bakken.
Breng op smaak tijdens het braden.
