D. Guía de cocción
• SLOW COOK / ESTOFADO
La función SLOW COOK es ideal para realizar platos que requieren un tiempo de cocción importante: guisos y platos en salsa, sopas, caldos…
También es ideal para brasear despacio piezas de carne enteras: piernas, paletillas, redondos…
Los ajustes SIMMER y LOW se utilizan cuando la receta exige un estofado por debajo del punto de ebullición. El ajuste HIGH se utiliza cuando
la receta exige alcanzar el punto de ebullición.
La función BROWN/SALTEADO se puede utilizar para dorar y colorear los ingredientes antes de ponerlos a estofar.
La función WARM se selecciona automáticamente al  nalizar la cocción para mantener la comida caliente.
