PUDDING À LA CONFITURE DE FRAMBOISES
Portions : 6 Préparation : 10 minutes Cuisson : 30 minutes
Ingrédients :
150 g de con ture de framboises
120 g de beurre doux ramolli + une petite noix pour beurrer les moules
120 g de sucre semoule roux
120 g de farine fermentante
2 œufs de plein air moyens
½ c. à c. de levure chimique
½ c. à c. d’essence de vanille
Pincée de sel
Préparation :
Verser de l’eau dans la cuve de cuisson (jusqu’au niveau convenant à la cuisson vapeur), puis
placer la grille de cuisson.
• Beurrer 4 à 6 moules à pudding individuels.
• Déposer 2 c. à c. de con ture de framboises au fond de chaque moule.
Fouetter le reste des ingrédients dans un grand saladier jusqu’à obtenir une pâte légère et
moelleuse. À l’aide d’une cuillère, verser délicatement le mélange dans les moules en prenant
soin de bien lisser le dessus.
Découper 6 carrés de papier d’aluminium su samment grands pour recouvrir les moules, tout
en laissant su samment de place pour que la préparation puisse monter.
Beurrer le côté inférieur des carrés de papier d’aluminium. Former un pli au centre et disposer les
carrés sur les puddings en prenant soin de bien les  xer au bord des moules.
Déposer les puddings sur la grille de cuisson en les espaçant de manière régulière et poser le
couvercle en verre par-dessus. Régler la température sur MEDIUM et cuire 30 minutes.
Une fois la cuisson terminée, sortir avec précaution les puddings du Cooking, puis enlever et
jeter le papier d’aluminium.
• Retourner les puddings sur des assiettes individuelles et servir.
