SPIEDINI DI FRUTTA
Per 6 porzioni
210°C
3 banane
2 manghi
2 ananas Victoria
200 g di farina
4 uova sbattute
200 g di noce di cocco
grattugiata
80 g di zucchero in polvere
2 cucchiai di miele
1 lime
6 spiedini in inox
1. Sbucciare le banane e tagliarle in 4 pezzi.
2. Mettere da parte.
3. Sbucciare i manghi e gli ananas.
4. Tagliare 12 grandi cubetti di ciascuno. Mettete da parte il resto della polpa.
5. Inlare negli spiedini 6 pezzi di frutta alternando le varietà.
6. Arrotolare gli spiedini nella farina e immergerli nelle uova sbattute.
7. Arrotolare nuovamente in una miscela di noce di cocco e zucchero. Mettere da parte.
8. Mescolare il resto della frutta con il miele, la scorza e il succo di lime. Conservare al fresco.
9. Preriscaldare l’apparecchio dotato di piastre grill.
10. Arrostire gli spiedini sull’apparecchio in modalità barbecue.
11. Fare dorare su ciascun lato per circa 3 minuti.
12. Servire gli spiedini con il coulis di frutta fresca.
Suggerimento:
Realizzare anche spiedini di frutta di frutteto con mandorle in polvere.

- IMPORTANTE: Observe la mayor precaución cuando trabaje
con líquidos calientes para evitar quemaduras debidas a
rebosamientos, salpicaduras y exposición al vapor.
- Durante el uso, cualquier mueble adyacente al aparato
debe resistir, como mínimo, un aumento de temperatura
de 85 ºC por encima de la temperatura ambiente. Este
electrodoméstico requiere un espacio libre de 100 mm a
su alrededor —partes delantera y trasera, y los lados— y
de 700 mm entre las placas de cocción y la parte inferior de
cualquier supercie sobre estas. Ciertos tipos de muebles de
cocina laminados o de vinilo son particularmente propensos a
dañarse o descolorarse debido al calor, incluso a temperaturas
