Note: Unas muescas para los dedos permiten colocar y retirar los
discos sin riesgo alguno.
ASSEMBLY
• El disco rallador es reversible (4 mm en una cara y 6 mm en la
otra). Elija el lado que preera y coloque el disco ayudándose de
las muescas para los dedos previstos en el mismo para facilitar
su manipulación.
Fine Medium
• Bloquee la tapadera y los embutidores tal y como se indica en
los apartados 3F y 3G.
Note: Espere siempre a que el disco haya parado de girar antes de
desbloquear la tapadera.

Instalar la batidora planetaria
• Para jar las dos varillas, sujete el cabezal con una mano,
colocando la parte inferior frente a usted. Inserte las dos espigas
metálicas girándolas ligeramente, hasta que un clic le indique
que las varillas están perfectamente jadas.
• Encaje y bloquee el adaptador al eje del motor cuando la cubeta
esté bien colocada.
• Fije el cuerpo provisto de las dos varillas al adaptador, haciéndolo
girar ligeramente hasta que quede bloqueado.
• Bloquee la tapadera sobre la cubeta, de modo que el cabezal de
la batidora no entre en contacto con la tapadera.
TRUCO: Retire el embutidor con sistema gota a gota de la tapadera
con el n de que sus preparaciones queden bien aireadas.
Ahora la batidora está lista para funcionar. Pulse la tecla
para activar la rotación de las varillas en la cubeta. Su batidora
planetaria le permitirá preparar las recetas siguientes con toda
facilidad:
• Claras a punto de nieve
• Nata batida (chantilly, nata montada, tiramisú...)
• Mayonesa (salsa bearnesa, rouille, crema muselina...)
• Merengue
• Vinagreta
• Crema pastelera
