The blade does not stay on the motor
shaft?
It is possible that the blade was not properly attached before starting the appliance.
A dough that is too sticky might also cause this to happen. If this is the case, reattach
the blade and immediately add 2 tablespoons of our through the feed tube while the
machine is running.
The dough made has not absorbed all
the ingredients?
It is possible that the amount of dough exceeds the maximum recommended amount of
your processor. Remove half the dough and process in batches.
The dough may be too dry.
It is also possible that the dough is too wet.
A ball of dough forms on top of the
blade and the dough is not kneaded
evenly?
Stop the machine, gently remove the dough. Divide the dough into three parts and
distribute these pieces evenly in the bowl.
The dough remains hard after being
kneaded?
Divide the dough into 2 or 3 portions and distribute these evenly in the bowl. Process
the dough for 10 seconds or until it is uniformly pliable and can be perfectly folded.
The dough is too dry? While the machine is running, add some water (1 tablespoon at a time) until the dough
has absorbed all the ingredients in the bowl
The dough is too wet? While the machine is running, add some our (1 tablespoon at a time) until the dough
has absorbed all the ingredients in the bowl.
The lid opens at the back and/or makes
a lot of noise?
The lid opening at the back and the noise that could result does not prevent the
appliance from working. Simply close the lid again to lock it in place.
The motor slows when it is processing? It is possible that the maximum recommended quantity has been exceeded. Remove
some of the ingredients and continue processing.
It is dicult to remove the chopping/
mixing blade from the bowl?
The blades have been designed to be locked into the bowl and not come loose when
emptying the bowl. Being careful not to injure yourself, gently force the blade loose by
pulling on it.
The processor vibrates/moves while it
is running?
Make sure that the rubber strip on the base of the appliance is clean and dry. Make sure
that the maximum recommended quantity has not been exceeded.
The large pusher falls when the bowl is
turned?
The pusher locking mechanism (located above the handle) should be engaged.
