• El disco de rebanar puede regularse con 16 posiciones.
Sólo tiene que ajustar el pie de rotación del disco en función de
las marcas para seleccionar el grosor de las lonchas.

NOTA: Unas muescas para los dedos permiten colocar y retirar
los discos sin riesgo alguno.
• El disco rallador es reversible (4 mm en una cara y 6 mm en la
otra). Elija el lado que preera y coloque el disco ayudándose de
las muescas para los dedos previstas en el mismo para facilitar
su manipulación.

• Bloquee la tapadera y los embutidores tal y como se indica en
los apartados 3F y 3G.
NOTA: Espere siempre a que el disco haya parado de girar antes
de desbloquear la tapadera.
E. Instalar el disco de emulsión
• Una vez montada la cubeta XL, coloque el disco para emulsión
sobre el eje central del motor. Las marcas deben quedar
alineadas. Luego empuje para encajarlo.
• Bloquee la tapadera sobre la cubeta.
TRUCO: Retire el embutidor con sistema gota a gota de la tapadera
con el n de que sus preparaciones queden bien aireadas.
Ahora el disco está listo para funcionar. Pulse la tecla para
activar la rotación del disco en la cubeta. El disco de emulsión le
permitirá realizar las preparaciones siguientes con toda facilidad:
• Claras a punto de nieve
• Nata batida (chantilly, nata montada, tiramisú...)
• Mayonesa (salsa bearnesa, rouille, crema muselina...)
• Merengue (a la francesa o a la italiana)
• Vinagreta
• Crema pastelera
• Sabayón
