3. UTILIZACIÓN
Recomendamos hacer funcionar el hervidor dos o tres
veces antes del primer uso. Para ello, llene el hervidor de
agua hasta la marca de llenado máximo (1,7 l) y póngala
a hervir. Una vez apagado el aparato, tire el agua y aclare
cuidadosamente su interior.
A. Panel de control
1. Botón parada /marcha
Se utiliza para encender y apagar el hervidor.
2. Botón
Se utiliza para aumentar la temperatura por intervalos
de 5 grados, de 85ºC a 100ºC.
3. Botón 85ºC
Ajuste de la temperatura para el café y para algunas
variedades de té (consulte la tabla resumen de la página
39).
4. Botón 100ºC
Ajuste de la temperatura para algunas variedades de té
(consulte la tabla resumen de la página 39).
5. Pantalla digital (LCD)
Presenta los ajustes de temperatura, así como la
temperatura del agua.
B. Funcionamiento
• Abra la tapadera pulsando el botón de apertura situado
en la parte superior del asa.
• Vierta la cantidad de agua fría necesaria en el hervidor.
El indicador del nivel de agua está en la parte trasera
del aparato. Lleva las marcas «MIN» (0,5 l) y «MAX» (1,7
l), pero también 2 y 4 tazas.
NOTA: Tenga cuidado de no superar la marca máxima
para evitar salpicaduras o fugas por el pico vertedor en
el momento de la ebullición.
• Vuelva a colocar la tapa. Deberá escuchar un ligero
"clic".
• Coloque el hervidor sobre la base. Póselo con cuidado,
vigilando que queda correctamente encajado en su
sitio.
• Enchufe el aparato. La pantalla LCD y el indicador del
nivel de agua situados en la parte trasera se encenderán
y la pantalla LCD presentará la temperatura del agua,
con intervalos de 5°C.
NOTA: Al enchufar el aparato, la pantalla LCD presentará
la temperatura ambiente del agua.
• Pulse el botón 85ºC o el botón 100ºC.
• Para ajustar la temperatura manualmente, pulse el
botón "+" situado en el asa. Cada vez que lo pulse, la
temperatura aumentará por intervalos de 5 grados, de
